As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Mobile Driver in Bryan, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a busy retail grocery location, conducting vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding professionally to concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting customers, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, team members, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter theft, unauthorized activity, and other security-related concerns
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner
• Maintain authorized firearms and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, licensing requirements, and applicable laws
• Document security-related incidents and observations, and coordinate with store management, emergency responders, and/or law enforcement as needed

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas
• Armed guard card or license is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
