As a Security Officer Full Time Evening Alarm Response in a corporate Headquarters setting in Center Valley, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. At a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will assist visitors and employees with professionalism, provide clear communication, and support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and mall locations, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, customers, and employees with directions, information, and access-related inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws (qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws).
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• Hold a valid driver’s license (required for driving positions only).

Pay

$19.27 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, evening shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
