Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, drivers, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry and exit activity.
- Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of security-related incidents, access exceptions, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership
