Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Driver in Santa Fe Springs, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents.

- Day: Wed 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM, Thur 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM, Sat 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and team members while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business perimeter, parking areas, and distribution operations, and report security-related observations or hazards.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
