Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Monitor incoming calls, deliveries, and visitor activity; communicate relevant information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation related to visitor access, deliveries, incidents, and other front-desk activities.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
