As a Security Officer Driver Front Desk in Lakeland, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a front desk post in a financial institution location, where you will welcome visitors, monitor access, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. This is a driving position. In our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will help to deter incidents through a visible presence while delivering care, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and assigned security-related protocols for a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify identification and access permissions as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify the appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain detailed front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements.
• Communicate with staff, guests, and/or emergency responders regarding access concerns, unusual activity, and other security-related matters.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Day Time: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
