Security Officer Front Desk Driver

About the role

As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will greet residents and visitors, manage access, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact, greeting visitors, verifying access permissions, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, building systems, and communications equipment; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with emergency responders and/or management as needed.
• Assist with resident and guest inquiries, provide directions and information, and help maintain a welcoming residential environment.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$23.14 / Hour

Schedule

• Daytime, Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
• Daytime, Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM
