What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing access credentials when appropriate, and/or communicating entry procedures.
• Answer questions, direct guests to the appropriate department, and support reception operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines.
• Support daily front desk operations by monitoring cameras, receiving deliveries, documenting activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent presence and adherence to post orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
