$17.25 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a food and beverage production location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter, with attention to access points and restricted locations.
- Help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or disruptions by monitoring assigned areas and reporting observed conditions, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
- Support site operations by documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or visitor or vehicle information, and communicating relevant updates with supervisors and onsite contacts.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
