About the role

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, providing immediate assistance as necessary.
• Interact with visitors and employees, ensuring they are aware of security protocols and procedures.
• Document all incidents and activities in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure proper equipment and facilities are maintained and secure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and stamina.
• Knowledge of security systems and practices.

Skills

• First aid certification preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
