About the role

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols and respond to alarms and emergencies
• Secure facilities and monitor access controls
• Interact with visitors and employees in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of relevant security experience
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical fitness and stamina for patrol duties

Skills

• Knowledge of security systems and equipment
• First aid and CPR certification

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours long, Monday through Friday, with additional hours on weekends and holidays as needed.
