Marksman Security LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Interact professionally with visitors and employees, ensuring a secure and welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and report findings to management.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and report malfunctions to maintenance staff.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in security protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and stamina.
• Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• First aid certification preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
