About the role
Marksman Security LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Interact professionally with visitors and employees, ensuring a secure and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and report findings to management.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and report malfunctions to maintenance staff.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in security protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of relevant security experience.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- First aid certification preferred.
- Basic computer literacy.
