Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and credential checks while assisting with visitor processing, delivery coordination, and other security-related duties aligned with site policies.
- Observe and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations that could impact daily operations, while supporting a professional environment for staff and guests.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
