Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location in New York, NY. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
- Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Requirements
- Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Guard card or license is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay
$22.00 - $23.00 / Hour

- Day shift: Monday - Tuesday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
