• Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sun: 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology, media, or telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures, badge verification, and/or directions while maintaining awareness of site-specific security-related concerns.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
