Job Description

As a Security Officer F/T Patrol in Cheyenne, WY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations in accordance with location protocols.
• Complete routine reports and document observations, incidents, and/or daily activities to support ongoing awareness of conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
