Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.
• Monitor access points and conduct screening of visitors, employees, packages, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies and documented post orders.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, entry areas, and perimeter, noting conditions that could impact operations or require security-related follow-up.
• Prepare clear reports of screening activity, incidents, and/or policy concerns, and help to support a professional environment through consistent application of post procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
