Security Officer Entry Management

About the Role

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Entry Management at a busy logistics and distribution location in Gretna, NE. In this role, you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter incidents while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, loading areas, and parking locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Support truck gate and warehouse access activities by directing foot traffic and/or vehicle traffic, communicating post instructions, and reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour
Schedule: Part Time - Daytime, Saturday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sunday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
