Security Officer - Entry Control / Driving Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Entry Control Driver in Friendly, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and responding to security-related concerns. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while supporting a professional site environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
• Position Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
