$18.50 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, residents, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Maintain a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access as directed, managing visitor sign-in procedures, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
- Monitor access points, receive and document deliveries, answer incoming calls, and communicate relevant information to site contacts.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while supporting a welcoming and orderly front desk environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

About the Role
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
Qualifications
