Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, verifying identification and/or credentials, and following site-specific access procedures for the location.
- Monitor front desk activity, answer phones and/or direct inquiries, maintain visitor logs, and support badge issuance or sign-in processes in accordance with security-related policies.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Observe entry points, loading areas, and lobby activity from the assigned station to help support security-related operations within a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Complete required reports, document daily activities, and relay important information during shift changes to help maintain continuity of front desk operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role

Qualifications
