Mon: 07:15 AM - 11:15 AM
Fri: 07:15 AM - 11:15 AM

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk support responsibilities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
  • Monitor entry points, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, maintain front desk logs, and report unusual or security-related activity according to site policies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
