Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk, verifying access credentials, and following site-specific security-related procedures for a technology and communications location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor check-in processes, issue temporary access materials when appropriate, and report unusual or suspicious activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or designated personnel when needed.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support front desk operations while maintaining awareness of access control activity and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete required logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately, and communicate relevant updates during shift changes and/or with client representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
