Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the business perimeter, to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Maintain access control processes and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
  • Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Loss prevention experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
