Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access at entry points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, and direct authorized individuals to designated areas.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records in accordance with site requirements and report access irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
