Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Desk

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, logging visitors and contractors, issuing temporary access materials, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Help protect restricted production, storage, and distribution areas by observing access activity, reporting irregularities, and following established escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

Schedule

DayTimeSat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

This role requires a six (6) month commitment to a fixed-shift, with the option to pick-up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.
