How This Role Works
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry points, assist with visitor and employee access procedures, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with staff and visitors in a professional manner, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-specific guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
