Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility and industrial gas location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, production-support areas, access points, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation.
• Report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with post orders.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
