The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML following specific rules. Let me analyze the content and structure it properly. First, I need to identify the sections: - Overview/About the role (the first paragraph about Allied Universal) - Job Description (the part about the Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced position) - Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour - Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - How This Role Works (with subsections: Fixed-Shift Commitment, Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program) - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Minimum Requirements (list of requirements) - Why Join Us (with subsections: Flexible Scheduling, Career Growth, Smart Tools, Benefits, Employee Perks) - Closing (EEO statement, contact info, requisition ID) Rules: - Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for lists - Use

for prose - Do NOT repeat job title as heading - Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings - fold into short

or drop - Preserve ALL substantive information - Remove boilerplate (EEO, scam warnings, application instructions) - Include section ONLY when real specific content exists - Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them - Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences Let me structure this: 1. About the role - the overview paragraph about Allied Universal and the role description 2. Pay - $21.00/hour 3. Schedule - DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM 4. How This Role Works - with two subsections (could be

    but rules say use

for section headings; maybe keep as

    with sub-points in

    or

) 5. Responsibilities - list 6. Requirements - list (Minimum Requirements) 7. Benefits - from Why Join Us (Benefits section) 8. Perks - Employee Perks (maybe combine with Benefits or separate) 9. Why Join Us - other items (Flexible Scheduling, Career Growth, Smart Tools) - could be a section with list But rules say: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So I should use those standard headings where applicable. The posting has: - Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour -> Pay section - Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM -> Schedule section - Responsibilities -> Responsibilities section - Minimum Requirements -> Requirements section - Why Join Us includes Benefits, Flexible Scheduling, Career Growth, Smart Tools, Employee Perks -> Benefits section (for benefits), maybe separate for others? But rules say prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine "Why Join Us" into a Benefits section or separate "Benefits" and "Perks". The Benefits bullet includes medical, dental, etc. Employee Perks includes discounts. Could put both under Benefits. Also "How This Role Works" is descriptive prose about the role structure. Could be part of "About the role" or separate section. Since it's specific to how the role works, maybe include as part of About the role or a separate "Role Details" but not a standard heading. The standard headings list includes "About the role". I'll put the overview and how it works under About the role. The closing EEO statement is boilerplate - remove. Requisition ID - fold into short

or drop. The user says "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." I'll include a brief

at the end with the requisition ID. Now, let's write HTML. I'll start with

      About the role

      then

for the overview and how it works. Then

      Pay

      with

      $21.00 per hour

      Schedule

      with

      Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (DayTime)

      (the posting says "DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM" - I'll format nicely)

      Responsibilities

      with
      • ...

      Requirements

      with
      • ...

      Benefits

      with
      • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plans, and disability insurance
      • Seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked
      • 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments (unused vacation paid out only where required by law)
      • Employee discounts at restaurants, entertainment venues, and more through perks program
      • Flexible scheduling with variety of open shifts
      • Clear path to full-time roles and ongoing advancement through paid training programs
      • Exclusive technology for real-time shift visibility and claiming
But the "Why Join Us" has multiple bullet points: Flexible Scheduling, Career Growth, Smart Tools, Benefits, Employee Perks. I'll combine all into Benefits section as a list. Alternatively, could separate "Benefits" and "Perks" but rules say prefer few substantive sections. I'll combine. Now, the Minimum Requirements list includes many items. I'll list them all. Also note: "Handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton experience is preferred." "CPR certification is preferred." These are preferences, but still requirements section. The posting also says "Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment." and "A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only." But earlier it says "A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements." So include. Now, the "How This Role Works" includes two parts: Fixed-Shift Commitment and Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program. I'll include those as paragraphs under About the role. Let's craft. I need to ensure no markdown code fences, just HTML fragment. Write:

      Requisition ID: 2026-1712467

That seems comprehensive. I removed EEO boilerplate, application instructions, contact info, etc. Kept requisition ID in a paragraph at end. Check rules: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading" - I didn't. "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." I put in a

at end. "Preserve ALL substantive information" - I think I did. "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Done. "Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it" - all sections
