Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and visitor processing at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to offices, yards, docks, and other restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Document security-related events, access activity, incidents, and/or policy concerns in required logs and reports, communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured gates, and/or operational issues that could impact site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
