Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and perform screening of people, packages, and/or vehicles in support of site access protocols and other security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, screening areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document screening results, access activity, and incident information, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and/or procedural issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
