Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and support visitor management processes while reporting maintenance, operational, and security-related issues through established channels.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): A six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift.
- Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: Additional shifts available through our scheduling platform for increased earnings and experience.
