$21.45 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to control access, verify credentials when required, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support a professional environment within a healthcare location by assisting with directions, observing visitor activity, and communicating clearly with site personnel regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
