Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Compliance

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the property, observe and report unusual conditions, and assist with directing visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
- Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation for security-related events and observations.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay and Schedule
Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
This role requires a six (6) month commitment and offers the flexibility to pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.
