Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology infrastructure location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure spaces to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site policies, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as directed.

Minimum Requirements

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
