Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns for reporting.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor authorization, and document deliveries, service requests, and security-related incidents according to post instructions.
- Support day-to-day operations by preparing clear reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): A six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift.
- Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: Pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
