Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Courtesy Patrol

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior and exterior of the location, including entrances, lobbies, office areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $23.19 / Hour

Schedule

DayTimeSat: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Sun: 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM

This role requires a six (6) month commitment to a fixed-shift, with the option to pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.
