Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and applicable emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading and unloading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site procedures, and help to support the orderly movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
