Pay Rate
$18.55 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help control access for employees, vendors, and/or delivery personnel in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to management and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, sales floor, stock areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
- Support day-to-day retail operations by observing customer traffic, reporting suspicious activity, and documenting security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
