DayTime Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential verification, and/or visitor check-in activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screen deliveries and shipments as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, docks, gates, and other designated parts of the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Document daily activity, access-related events, and unusual conditions in required reports, logs, and/or electronic systems according to site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including gates, parking areas, trailer yards, and loading zones, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
