Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and other designated spaces, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or property-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily property operations by communicating with tenants, guests, and management, providing directions and assistance, and helping with security-related inquiries as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
