Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Vehicle Patrol Driver

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, access concerns, and potential hazards, helping to deter theft, unauthorized entry, and other security-related incidents.
• Maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience or at least five years of armed security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Pay

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Schedule

DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, with the flexibility to pick-up additional shifts.
