Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations as required.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Schedule

Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour. The job schedule is daytime, Monday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, with a six (6) month commitment to a fixed-shift. You may also pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
