As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Documentation in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will assist with access control and badge processes, document activity using computer or tablet tools, and communicate professionally with tenants and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and suspicious behavior.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
