Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
