As a Security Officer Driving Role Unarmed Patrol in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and associate traffic, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Support loss prevention and store leadership with incident response, directional assistance, and detailed activity reports while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
