Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed conditions and reporting them through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while assisting with access control, crowd awareness, and/or support during opening, closing, and busy shopping periods.
• Work collaboratively with location personnel, visitors, and/or public responders when needed to address security-related matters and support orderly operations.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
