Security Officer Driving Role Rover

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity on the property, reporting maintenance issues, policy concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.
• Complete routine reports and document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations while supporting emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
