What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and activity across the property, assist with directions and general assistance, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, deliveries, and after-hours access.
• Support hotel operations by communicating with staff and visitors, helping to address disturbances and/or policy violations, and maintaining a professional presence throughout varying shifts and weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
