Security Officer Driving Role

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy logistics location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities with strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, site policies, and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support access control and other security-related functions in accordance with site guidelines and post instructions.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Valid driver’s license.
